I set aside studying for my midterm this morning to think.

Not to read or write or catch up, just to breathe and reflect.

And I’m not feeling guilty about it.

Lately, I’ve been running so fast that I forgot how much I rely on quiet thinking time. It’s where I sort through the noise, reconnect with what matters, and remember why I’m doing all this in the first place.

I’ll get back to studying soon. But for now, breathe. Think. Breathe.

Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.
