I love my what I do because of the clients I have. They truly are the best. For each session that I do, I have the pleasure of meeting and getting to know beautiful families. It’s extra special when families or couples return for updated family portraits, seasonal sessions, or engagement photos, and we get to catch up on life—those relationships are what keep me going and the reason why I strive to give them the absolute best product possible. I value my clients’ continual support more than they know, so in order to show them how much I appreciate they loyalty, I offer a free VIP session one a year for those who invested a certain amount in a single session.

An Apple-Red Caddy

Because this kids-only session is usually held in July or August, I thought it would be fun to do a summer theme and roll out my husband's grandfather's car—a gorgeous candy apple red 1954 Chevy! We inherited in from my mother-in-law when she retired and moved from Houston to South Dakota. It’s flawlessly beautiful inside and out….and it takes up my parking spot in the garage. The deal with my husband was that I could use it as a prop once or twice a year as a trade for parking outside. So now, we only bring it out for our VIP clients.

We drove it over to the Highlands Ranch mansion and paired it with a festive 4th of July picnic setup. The photos are stunning! All of the kids were too cute, and even the babies had fun getting in on the summer celebration—we had several onlookers stop to watch the shoot. Here’s a little peek at how it turned out!

As a Highlands Ranch Photographer, I would love to help you fill your gallery wall with timeless memories and precious moments. Let's chat!
